Im a starting pitcher for the varsity team at my high school
you get a tire and set it up against a tree, you start at ten feet away and throw slow just to get your accuracy down, move back 3 or 4 feet and throw l little harder. keep movin back once you get the accuracy down. lots of pitchers can throw really hard but it doesent matter if u cant locate your pitches. look at greg maddox. he only throws about 84 mph but has been successful for 20 years.

I used to pitch A league softball. I took small tires (like on wheelbarrows and tied them at different heights and practiced pitching thru the center until I could hit the center of everyone, every time. Have the ball control to put your pitch right where you want it every time is a huge help.

A great exercise for building arm strength is to stand with you feet shoulder width apart and throw without letting your hips move , keeping your feet planted . This builds up the rotater cuff and strengthens your shoulder .
