I am looking for a video camera or something of the like that will allow me to videotape myself hitting and pitching for baseball. I do not want anything fancy, just something that is very affordable that will let me go in slow motion to analyze my swing and pitching mechanics. Any suggestions on type, cost, and places to find things would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I recommend JVC GR-DA30US MiniDV Camcorder with 30x Optical Zoom

I would recommend you Canon DVD Camcorder – DC320 – http://www.abt.com/product/33273/Canon-DC320.html. This is perfect for your requirement as it has a wide screen recording. Since it is a DVD camcorder, you can watch yourself by playing it on your TV/Computer.It has an image stabilization feature which corrects shake and records smoothly.
