So i went to the University of Indianapolis summer camp a few days ago and got my results in the mail today. I kind of wish it would say if they were above average, below average or something like that but it does not. I am 17 years old and play center field most of the time. HERE THEY ARE

Bat speed: 79 mph

60 yard dash: 7.18

Home to 1st: 4.16

outfield arm velocity: 75 mph

Thats all they have down. We also took BP and stuff like that and outfield but there really arent stats for that. I was invited again to their next camp so im guessing i did okay.

Thanks!

I’ll give you mine from when I was 16 (a while ago), and the ratings I got for comparison.

Your running speed is above average. An amazing 60 time is sub 7, and around a 7.4 is average. I ran 7.5, was considered just slightly below average. Home to first is above average too. In fact, Im surprised your 60 isn’t faster, because you’re done accelerating. Good running scores though.

Your outfield arm is around average. I was a pitcher, so I was closing in on 90 with my outfield-home throws. (I did an all-position camp). I was hitting 87 on the mound. You can work this with continuous long toss and strength training.

I can’t really tell you bat speed. I was calculated for the speed of the balll off the bat, not bat speed. I’m guessing you still want to work on it, as I believe pros are closer to 90.

Honestly, take these results more as a checkpoint rather than an actual score (or result). Try to improve all of them, and you’ll be a better player. Thats a given.
