As for where you stand, those stats are pretty average for a 17 year old. Your speed is decent, but nothing to brag about.
Your bat speed is average and 75mph on an outfield throw is on the weaker side of average. For an outfield throw, you have the chance to really put your body into it, use a crow-hop technique and get that ball moving. In high school, our right fielder threw about 100mph when he loaded up and let it go.
These numbers don’t really mean much. Bat speed of 79 is fine as long as you can read pitches and make solid contact for line-drive base hits. if your bat speed were faster the ball would go farther, but making solid contact is more important than bat speed. Running speed doesn’t mean anything if you can’t get on base. Throwing velocity doesn’t matter if you can’t make accurate throws.
So even though these numbers are around average, you could still be a very above average player if you are a good contact hitter and have a good glove and accurate throws.
